We teach not simply to impart information but to inspire, train, and motivate students to achieve academic excellence. We teach with passion, excitement, and enthusiasm in order to instill these same qualities in our students. We approach education as coaches and mentors who guide students and train them how to read, think, study, and live and not just amass information. We seek to embody everything that we teach so that the students are led not just by what we say but by who we are and how we live. 

We approach teaching as a collaborative endeavor that requires intense interaction with each student.  We constantly assess each student’s needs and adjust our approach to maximize our impact. Every learning experience is tailored to each student’s unique learning style, personality, interests, needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Learning is an active process that requires both teachers and students to be fully engaged together. Learning results in changed beliefs, attitudes, worldview, and behavior and the acquisition of critical thinking skills, higher order thinking, metacognition, self-awareness, confidence, and courage. 

We take a genuine interest in our students as unique human beings, sincerely caring for them so that they trust their teachers and care about learning and growing. We take a holistic approach to teaching because learning is a spiritual, social, psychological, and physical experience as well as an intellectual one. We seek to educate the whole person, mind, body, soul, and spirit, because learning is a lifelong process that encompasses all of life. We select the best learning tools from a wide variety of teaching methodologies that will best enable each student to achieve excellence and integrate all that they learn into every aspect of their lives.
